< back to newsAlthough not part of our usual brief, the RB team were keen to support our local independent bakery/coffeehouse.
We thought the fresh baking and the decor (a hybrid of Australian paraphernalia and rustic English farmhouse) would be great to film. We wanted to capture the essence of Dee Light Bakery, harking back to the days when you knew your bread had been baked that morning and your local was for the community and not part of a franchise.
Beautifully filmed by Ben Clowes who had to be force-fed a freshly-baked croissant at the 4:30am shoot.
