Strategic Transformation: Repositioned Apex as "The Ultimate Youth Cricket Intelligence Hub." Restructured content strategy to shift from 90% festival-focused to diversified year-round value. Developed 12-month implementation framework including daily content themes, partnership strategy, and platform-specific growth plans.
Apex Cricket saw a 81.3% follower increase, 501,349 total views, 64,931 accounts reached (+441.5% increase), across the 4 day festival period.
