Apex Cricket Festival is the world's leading T20 cricket tournament for under 15 girls and boys. They partnered with rb Create to shape their brand strategy and provide full creative coverage of their first international event, building the foundation for long-term growth.

The dual brief required real-time content production excellence alongside long-term brand positioning strategy, content architecture, and growth roadmap to sustain engagement beyond the festival period.

Festival Production: Embedded production team captured comprehensive event footage and delivered 131 pieces of social content across 4 days — 25 reels, 16 carousels, 53 stories, 18 TikTok posts, 3 LinkedIn videos — balancing broadcast quality with social-first speed.

Strategic Transformation & Social Media Partnership: Repositioned Apex as 'The Ultimate Youth Cricket Intelligence Hub.' As their ongoing social media partner, we restructured content strategy to shift from 90% festival-focused to diversified year-round value. Developed and continue to implement a comprehensive 12-month framework including daily content themes, partnership strategy, platform-specific growth plans, and full social media management to establish Apex as the definitive voice in youth cricket.

Apex Cricket saw a 81.3% follower increase, 501,349 total views, 64,931 accounts reached (+441.5% increase), across the 4 day festival period. Beyond that we continue to deliver a comprehensive 12-month content calendar, partnership strategy, platform optimisation plans, and growth framework targeting 17,000+ followers across platforms, transforming Apex into the definitive youth cricket authority.
